Guarantee

We give 3 months warranty on our products from the day stated on the order summary. This overview is also your proof of warranty, so we recommend that you keep it safe. The right to warranty lapses in the following cases:

• Natural wear
• Stains caused by perfume
• Damage to beads through contact with (rain) water
• Parts that give off after contact with (rain) water
• Complaints that arise are due to incorrect use of the parts and / or jewelry

All Beadies jewelry is handmade and is made from natural materials such as wood, shell, metal and semi-precious stones. As a result, the materials supplied can sometimes differ slightly from the images shown.

Return

Unfortunately, returning all loose parts (such as beads, charms, supplies, etc.) is not possible.

Returning jewelry and accessories is possible within 14 days after placing the order. As soon as we have received the product, we will transfer the total amount to you within 5 working days. Returning the shipment must be done with the same shipping method with which you received the order. The costs for the return shipment are not reimbursed by Beadies. We cannot reimburse returned items without track & trace if the shipment does not reach us. Beadies has the right to refuse returned products if it is suspected that the product has been used or damaged by you.
